Jim opened Countryside Covers in 1996 after attending the University of North Dakota and earning a degree in Aeronautics. He has a Commercial Pilots License and enjoys talking all things fast!

Stopped in because a clamp had fallen off of my roll up cover that I purchased from them four years ago. The young man at the counter jumped in the truck, hit all the clamps with an impact wrench, adjusted where needed, closed the tailgate and said I didn’t owe him anything. What great customer service. Bought a replacement locking t-handle for my fiberglass tonneau cover. Reasonable price, close to the price on eBay but with the advantage that I got it same day. Friendly staff. Smaller place, but that's not a bad thing.
